The Mentor's Guide to Biblical Eldership is the leader's edition to the Study Guide. It is for the mentoring elder only, not the trainee. Because elders are busy men, and many do not have the time or adequate resources to prepare for mentoring, this guide provides the mentoring elder with extensive answers to all the questions in the Study Guide and practical mentoring tips.
For the prospective new elder, there is a separate Study Guide to be used by trainees under the direction of a mentoring elder either one-on-one or in group study.
