Shipping and Delivery
Within Singapore
For pick-ups:
  • Pick-ups are at our warehouse located at 38 Ang Mo Kio Industrial Park 2 (full address will be provided via email after you confirm your order). 
  • Pick-ups are only available on Fridays, 2-6pm (excluding Singapore Public Holidays and eve of Public Holidays). However, if you urgently require the order, do leave a note in your order and we will see what we can do to help! 

For deliveries: 
  • Please allow approximately 3-8 business days for deliveries. 

In the case of returned mail: 
  • In cases where your order is returned to us due to incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, you will be notified via email.
  • We seek your understanding that we will require you to top up the additional amount to cover the cost of mailing it back to you again.    

Refunds & Exchange: 
  • We do not offer refunds at the moment, so do think carefully before committing to a purchase!
  • In the case where your order arrives to you defective or damaged, do reach out to us at [email protected] and we will be glad to arrange for an exchange.

​We are currently exploring the best way to deliver internationally. If you are based outside Singapore and wish to purchase our products, do reach out to us at [email protected] with the list of products you wish to purchase and we will make the best arrangements available.
